Business Plan Winners Present Timely Innovations
The winners of the sixth annual Barney School Business Plan Competition were presented their awards at ceremonies at the 1877 Club on December 10, 2008.  Cash awards were provided by the competition sponsor, Schupp & Grochmal, LLP; $500 for first place and $250 for second place for both the graduate and undergraduate categories.

The graduate winner, Adela Martinez-Bernard, has a plan for Strategic Solutons, a service that would help banks mitigate their losses and renegotiate and service loans, since banks do not have the staff to handle the current overload of troubled loans.
