Professor Broden is an expert on many facets of taxation but concentrates on the entrepreneur and their business enterprises and how to maximize overall wealth.His early research predicted the growth in graduate tax education for CPA's.Today, he advises the NSA's Scholarship Foundation on investments and serves on the editorial board of the New Accountant.
