Mr. Braithwaite’s background includes being a principal in his training and consulting business – The Limitless Consulting Group, working with one of the major outplacement firms with people in career transition, and teaching classroom and on-line courses at the University of Connecticut, Charter Oak State College, Saint Joseph College, and the University of Bridgeport. Previously he worked in the executive search field, in the corporate training department at CIGNA, and served four years in the U.S. Army.

MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Hartford
MS in Counseling from Central Connecticut State University
BA in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University
