Began professional career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in the New York office, subsequently became Controller of JOC Oil & TransWorld Oil in Bermuda and Netherlands. CPA New York & Connecticut, admitted to Bar of Connecticut, Federal District for Connecticut and U.S. Supreme Court. Began teaching at the University of Hartford in 1979 served as Chair of Accounting, Associate Dean and Director of University of Hartford Business School in Paris.

Research Interests: Indian Law, Sarbanse-Oxley, Property Tax/Hospital Charitable Exemption
