For over thirty years I was an assistant attorney general for the State of Connecticut, advising and representing various state agencies and particularly the Department of Revenue Services. I have represented the State before the Appellate and Supreme Courts of Connecticut in more than twenty-five appeals. I am very pleased at having a "second career" teaching at the University of Hartford.
