Dr. Ogilvie began at the Barney in1978, leaving in 1981 for a position at the University of Delaware. He returned in 1988 where he has taught Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Negotiation courses. His research has explored issues related to organization commitment, emotional intelligence and roles for human resource managers.
