The Accelerated MBA has emerged as the leading alternative to traditional MBA programs. Our accelerated MBA provides you with your degree in 20 months. This intensive program maintains our unique program features of small class size and superior faculty-student interaction. The compressed schedule features a comprehensive, in-depth applied education; your completion date will just be sooner.
Our courses are specifically mapped to address four critical areas of leadership:

Who should consider our accelerated MBA Program?
- Individuals whose professional goals require training fast
- Those who possess abundant business knowledge and will benefit from an intensive, in-depth applied educational experience
- Individuals who recognize the competitive advantage of augmenting their experience with a highly valued degree within an accelerated schedule
- Those preferring a cohort-based program to expand their network
- Individuals whose work and personal schedules accommodate a Thursday night and all-day Saturday class schedule (alternating weekends)
Program Specifics
- Program is offered once a year
- Students may not waive or transfer courses into the Accelerated MBA.
- Students move through the courses as a cohort.
- Applicants must have 5 years prior work experience.
- An interview is required of all applicants.
- Mininum 5 years of substantive work experience required.
- All applicants will be reviewed to determine if a refresher quantitative skills class is required prior to the start of the Fall term.

Admission
Admission to the Barney School is competitive and selective. We have set a priority deadline of August 1, although admissions are on a rolling basis. This means that we review applications on a continuous basis. However, it is important to submit your materials early, since there are a limited number of students accepted each fall semester.
All candidates must submit the following:
- A completed application form
- Application fee: Domestic - $45
- Official transcripts of all post secondary institutions
- Two letters of recommendation
- Letter of Intent
- Current resume
